For Mindfulness Courses London, I currently offer two options: Either group MBCT or one to one MBCT.

The Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course consists of eight weekly sessions, with home practice assignments to further develop the skills learnt in each session. A whole day of mindfulnes practice is included towards the end of the group course. The location is Mill Hill in North London.
