This online mindfulness course in a virtual group is for anyone suffering from stress and is based on Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. Mindfulness is a well-researched non-religious and effective means of promoting well-being and flourishing.

Dr Hagen Rampes will deliver this 8-week practical course in eight, weekly online sessions. Each session is 90 minutes and participants are able to interact with the teacher as well as fellow participants. The course is delivered live through the Zoom (https://zoom.us) platform.
