Online Mindfulness Course
This online mindfulness course in a virtual group is for anyone suffering with stress and is based on Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. Mindfulness is a well-researched non-religious and effective means of promoting well-being and flourishing.
Dr Hagen Rampes will deliver this 8-week practical course in eight, weekly online sessions. Each session is 90 minutes and participants are able to interact with the teacher as well as fellow participants. The course is delivered live through the Zoom (https://zoom.us) platform.
The structure of the course and home practice will follow the outline of the bestselling book: “Mindfulness: a guide to finding peace in a frantic world”, co-authored by Mark Williams, who is the leading mindfulness researcher in the UK and co-founder of the MBCT programme.
