Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course Benefits

People who complete the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course program have a transforming experience and learn new ways of coping with stress.

Following regular Mindfulness practice, we are better able to notice our thoughts, emotions and body sensations and we can choose wisely whether and how to respond. Life becomes so much richer as we notice things that we usually do not pay attention to, since we are in the habit of rushing from one thing to another, on automatic pilot.

Research has demonstrated several benefits of regular Mindfulness practice, ranging from changes in the way the brain works, to improved immune and cardiovascular functioning. There is improvement in our personal, professional relationships, our productivity and general wellbeing.
